Establishing a representative office

1. Photocopy of certificate of parent company

2. Power of attorney (POA) to appoint a representative

3. A registered address is required. All official government correspondences will be sent to the registered address only.

   Notarization of the above documents are normally not required.

   In certain circumstances, authority might request notarization of these documents.
